New Delhi: 52-year-old police chief Traffic police became victims of winning in the Narella Industrial area on Monday.
His cellphone was snatched by a woman who was cycling with her male hand, police said.
The victim has been identified as Surender Kumar Singh.
The incident occurred at 5:30 a.m.
when the police returned home on his motorbike after completing his assignment.

Cases under Section 356, 379 and 34 IPC are registered at the Industrial Narella Area Police Station.

He told the police that around 10:30 a.m.
on Monday, he was in a shop when a man grabbed his golden chain and fled with his colleague.
He also accused that no one came for his help.
