Rajkot: An adult Male Lion was hit by a train item near Hathigadh in Liliya Damagar Railway Track on Wednesday night.
Thanks to the pilot Loco alert, the animal escaped with his life in the incident and with a fracture at one foot.
After the forest official restored the injured cat and shifted it to the Sakarbaug Zoo for further treatment, the lion was declared stable now.

The Ministry of Forestry initially received a call who told the death of the lion on the railway, but when they reached the place, they found the animal alive.
