Jaipur: Following Daunting Train Bikaner-Guwahati Express near Jalpaiguri on Thursday night, the Minister of Chief Justice of Ashok Gehlot has requested his Minister of Bharwar Singh Bhati and Govind Ram Meghwal to reach Bagdogra in the West Bengal on behalf of Rajasthan Government.
The two ministers came from Bikaner District.
Gehlot also spoke with the Ashwini Vaishnav train minister about rescue and operation of aid.
The train left Bikaner at 1:45 a.m.
on Thursday and slipped around 5pm near Jalpaiguri Baru because 12 coaches came out of the track.
According to Northwest Railway officials, 1,225 passengers from Rajasthan have taken the train.
Of these, 900 Dearded at their destination before the accident, while the rest was on the train.
Their status has not been confirmed.
Many state leaders, including Governor Kalaraj Mishra, expressed condolences for the deceased and prayed for injured.
Because of derips, routes at least two trains are revised.
Guwahati-Barmer Express, who will leave Guwahati on January 13, will be operated through a new conversion route Cooch Behar-Mathabhanga and Raninagar Jalpaiguri.
Lalgarh-Dibrugarh Express, left of Lalgarh on January 11, will run on the new route Jalpaiguri, Raninagar Jalpaiguri, Dhupguri, New Cooch Behar, Mandamari, Dalgaon, Hasimara and Junction Alipurduar.
The modified route will be operated through New Jalpaiguri, Siliguri Junction, New Mall Junction, Alipurduar and Samuktala Road Junction.
