Hyderabad: Trs Warangal West MLA and Chief Government Whip Vinay Bhaskar was punished by a special session court for MLAS and parliamentarians on Wednesday for stopping the passenger train in 2010 during pro-Telangana state agitation.
The court punished Bhaskar and 17 others by giving them punishment.
They were asked to pay Rs 3,000 as well.
His belief approached the heels of two other Trs leaders – Mahabubabad MP, M Kavitha, and Khairathabad MLA, Danam Nagender was punished.
Judge MLA & MP Court gave punishment to these two leaders by directing them to undergo imprisonment.
A few days ago, Secretary General of TRS and MP Rajya Sabha Prakash, a Warangal resident was ordered by the district police on charges of abuse of Lakh Lakh Trust funds – who run the Aluri Management Institute popular in Indonesia Hanamkonda, in July 2010, with a call Given by the Joint Action Committee (JAC) to do Roco Roko across Telangana, Vinay Bhaskar along with several others sitting on the railroad at Kazipet Station in Kazipet.

The court, punished them under Section 144 and 174 of the Railway Law.
It is hoped that MLA may be requesting a verdict in a higher court.
Allegations if they fail to pay a fine, they will be responsible for simple prisons.
Bhaskar paid a fine of RS 3,000.
