Patna: The train has implemented the Crowd Management System (CMS) in Patna Junction, Terminal Rajendra Nagar and other main stations under the East Central Railway (ECR) to deal with Post-Diwali Rush passengers and those who reached the original places to attend CHHATH .

Passengers rushed in New Delhi-Patna, Mumbai-Patna, Patna-Pune, Chennai-Patna, Secunderabad-Patna and Bengaluru-Patna were very high.
According to the Chief Relations of the Public Relations of ECR (CPRO) Rajesh Kumar, the train has mobilized an additional RPF men and ticket collectors (TCS) to guide passengers to their respective platforms at their stations comfortably.

RPF personnel have monitored passengers at Patna Junction and Terminal Rajendra Nagar through CCTV cameras.

RPF men coordinate with GRP to ensure a safe trip for passengers during a big rush,” Rajesh said.
He added: “The train has taken security measures on the platform.
Foot Overbridges (FOBS) at Patna Junction is being closely monitored while the ‘Meri Saheli’ team is RPF keeping a close watch on the movement of women on the platform.” Premier train like Rajdhani Express Special , Gati Shakti and Sampoorna Kranti Express Special Passing through Patna Junction are being examined thoroughly considering the Covid-19 protocol, the source said, adding RPF Sniffers is in work on Patna Junction to ensure very easy security on the train.
