Chandigarh: The Punjab High Court and Haryana have issued a notification to the Government of Haryana, the Chief of Police and MLA Independent from the Chair PUNDRI Randhir Singh Golan on the request submitted by their transfer from the PUNDRI police station to Noah.
The police alleged that the Golan had pressed police officers posted at the local police station to support his workers and ignore the original complaints against them.
The applicant accused when they refused to obey the ‘illegal command / direction,’ MLA, who supported BJP and was the Chairman of Haryana Tourism Corporation, using its influence to make them transferred.
Justice Girish Agnihotri from HC asked Haryana to explain the “legal reason” behind the police’s police transfers.

The court postponed this problem for August 9 and asked the state government about why this police transfer order should not be stayed.

The applicant accused that the Golan had the habit of placing impact political pressure on police officers working at the Pusdri police station.
“He used to issue directions to police officials to support his political workers and to avoid native complaints from people relating to the opposite parties.

Golan, they added, had become upset with them because they did their duties honestly and with hard work and did not obey his illegal and malafide orders as he wished.
That’s for these reasons, they claim, he uses his influence to make them move to Mamat to teach them lessons.
The applicant also told the High Court that even in the past several police shifted to MAmat under the pressure of the PUNDRI MLA and provided the police details transferred in a recent way in the past to HC.
However, such orders were then canceled, they claimed.
