Transportation workers seek relief Finance

Coimbatore: Participants of Coimbatore District Road Transport Workers Union affiliated to CITU filed a request through email to chief Union M Stalin about Monday seeking financial aid to resume their own company when the lockdown is raised along with normalcy returns.
General secretary of their marriage A M Rafiq stated,”Greater than 90 percent of the vehicles have been driven with its own owners.
Since the lockdown is enforced off and on since last year because of this Covid-19 pandemic, just about all people have lost our organization.
We’re trying hard to satisfy our costs and pay the expected amount for your loan got for buying vehicles.
”“inside this circumstance, we ask the state authorities to give us an advance for Rs 1 lakh without interest to restart our company when lockdown is raised and the authorities ought to offer us to pay off the amount of the loan,” he explained.
“Last year, the authorities doled out Covid relief fund to motorists that had enrolled using the welfare panel.
This season, it needs to be extended to people too,” he added.
