Ludhiana: Days following the earnings tax department captured a transporter’s snowball in the railroad station and levied a penalty of Rs 1.40 crore, the president and his accomplices attempted two labourers, thrashed and stripped off them made their movie. The transporter guessed that the labourers of getting educated the officials.Division 1 authorities, on Saturday, filed a case against transporter Jagmohan Singh along with his four accomplices, that are not yet been recognized, on the criticism of Vishal Kuma, 38, of New Kundanpuri. Vishal explained,”My buddy Laxman Yadav and that I work in the railroad station. On Friday afternoon, I got a phone from Jagmohan he wished to meet mepersonally. Jagmohan chose me up in his automobile by close Clock Tower. Close Gurdwara Dukhniwaran Sahib, his four accomplices also united us. They took me into his office nearby Vishkarma Chowk and compelled me to telephone Laxman near Dholewal Chowk.” Minutes after, Laxman attained Dholewal Chowk. “He also was picked up at exactly the identical vehicle. They caused him to the workplace and began thrashing us . Then they removed our garments and made a movie. Late during the nightthey freed us following threating to kill us when we passed any information regarding this transporter’s consignments to officers,” he further added. The following morning Vishal and Laxman went into hospital and obtained their medical evaluation completed. On Saturday about 8pmthey lodged a police complaint. Assistant commissioner of authorities (fundamental ) Waryam Singh mentioned about 15 days before, Jagmohan’s consignment was captured by the revenue tax division. As Laxman and Vishal work in the railroad station as labourers, Jagmohan guessed they advised the officials. An FIR was filed under sections 365 (kidnapping), 342 (punishment for rectal consignment), 323 (voluntarily causing damage ), 506 (criminal intimidation), 34 (action done by several persons in furtherance of common intention) of the IPC and under the IT Act. The authorities are attempting to follow the accused.
