Jaipur: The 29-year-old travel agent died at the SMS Hospital on Friday after he was thrown away with a stick and iron rod in the Vishwakarma Industrial area (VKI).
Police said that four people had been identified while the other two were unknown.
According to Chomu ACP Rajendra Singh, the number of antagances that must have not been determined.
The victim, identified as Ramesh Chandra Gurjar, is a resident of Road No.
17 near Badarna.
His brother, Rajendra Gurjar, said that Ramesh previously run a mobile shop but recently began working as agents for tours and travel companies.
The family member said that Ramesh had stepped out of the commercial tower basement and stood on the road when several men carrying sticks and stems began to struggle in public view on Thursday night.
They claimed that Ramesh seemed to be in a stable condition when he was taken to the Kanwatian hospital, but fell unconscious soon after that.
Doctors carry out a medical test and refer to the SMS hospital for treatment.
“We took him to the SMS hospital at around 12:30 a.m., but he died on Friday morning around 4am,” said Rajendra.
The four suspects identified, so far, are Sonu, Sunny, Irshad and Babu.
The family accused that in addition to four accused, there were at least two to three more unknown people who attacked Ramesh.
The police took CCTV footage from the nearest area to check how many people were involved in the crime.
A pine has been submitted to the VKI police station.
The police said the reason behind the crime was uncertain.
“FACIE’s prime competition or some hostility seems to be the main motive.
But we are investigating the case to see what caused the attack,” said an officer.
Family members told TII that Ramesh married and had two daughters.
“We were still surprised by the way he was killed.
We hope the defendant will be arrested immediately,” said Rajendra.
