Travis Scott, Drake is required to Concert Stampede

Rapper Travis Scott and Drake have been sued for “relaxing Mayhem” after eight people were killed and dozens were injured in a crush during the Texas concert, the law firm confirmed on Sunday.

Henry Legal on Sunday tweeted a story published by the Daily Mail with the setting, confirming that it had submitted “one of the first lawsuits at the Astroworld Travis Scott Festival Tragedy.”

The lawsuit, which was submitted at the Harris County Houston court, claimed Scott “had incited chaos and chaos on previous events” and that “the defendant knew or should know about Scott’s previous behavior (Scott).”
The lawsuit also accused Drake Canadian Rap Superstar, who joined Scott’s main set, contributing to causing waves to the stage.

Crump specializes in civil rights and personal injury, and has represented clients including families of victims of police violence George Floyd and Breonna Taylor.
He and Co-Counsel Bob Hilliard filed a lawsuit on Sunday on behalf of the 21-year-old Noah Gutierrez concert, which described “scenes chaos and despair.”
The lawyers said they were expected to file a lawsuit in the name of other concert drivers for a week.

“We hear terrible stories about terror and the helplessness experienced by people – the horror of a crowded crowd and terrible trauma watching dead people while trying to dismiss them,” said Crump and Hilliard in the statement.
“We urge other people who suffer physical or emotional injury or witness the event that day to contact us.”
Survivors of the incident described the chaotic scenes for people who were attached to each other, with many who struggled to breathe.
Scott, who launched Astroworld music festival in 2018, was reported to stop his actions several times when he saw fans of trouble near the stage.
The authorities in Texas have opened a criminal investigation on the tragedy, involving detective murder and narcotics, police chief Houston Finner told reporters on Saturday.
Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner said the authorities were looking at video recordings and talking with witnesses, organizers of concerts and people who were hospitalized.
He told reporters on Saturday that eight people who were killed were 14 appealed 27, with the age of one person unknown.
Chaos also resulted in 25 people transported to the hospital and more than 300 people were treated at the scene due to a mild injury.
