Jaipur: Chairman of the Minister of Ashok Gehlot said people from the state tribal community struggled to fight free from saving forests and wildlife.
He said this nation is proud of their contribution to preserving genuine culture, tradition and inheritance.
But he warned of some people who created a division in the community referring to the recent controversy on a temple in Amagarh in Jaipur.
Many cultural programs are oganised in all states to mark the world tribal day on the day of seningehlot handling the country’s level function on the World Tribal Day through video conferencing on Monday.
The minister’s chairman inaugurated 43 works worth RS 166.90 Crore and put the stone foundation for 185 works worth RS 89.28 Crore.
He began the campaign of forest rights for three months for the scheme of tribal participation, the development scheme of community forestry rights and to provide individual forest rights and the community will be launched.
CM also launched a new portal of the rights of forest fra.rajasthan.gov.in and a new evaluation system for tribal students.
He remembered Mavji Maharaj’s contribution, Govind Teacher, Martyr Mangarh, Veer Balika Kalibai, Nanabhai Khant and Bhikha Bhai Bhil.
Gehlot said the government would not allow any shortage in the contribution of the great people of the tribal area, in the preservation of their stories, heritage and monuments and in this direction, the work of creating a panorama will be taken.
CM said that the welfare of the tribal community was the government’s priority.
This year, 13.68% of provisions have been made in tribal plans for the overall development of tribal regions.
Eklavya housing school models have begun in Banswara and Pratapgarh Regency.
Rs 25 Crore has been intended for the development and maintenance of Haridev Joshi Canal and the Bhikha Bhai Canal System.
The Anupriti scheme has been applied for competitive exam preparation and acceptance in professional courses for students in need.
