Trichy Terminus Integrated Terminal Proj Gets Rs 140 Crore

Trichy: The Terminus (IBT) bus project is integrated for Trichy City has obtained administrative sanctions from the Tamil Nadu government.
Trichy Mla Barat and City Administration, Urban Ministers and Water Supply K Nehru on Saturday said the state government had gave sanctions at the initial number of Rs 140 Crore to start construction work in Panjapur.
“The minister’s chairman will be invited to put the foundation stone for the IBT project.
Preliminary approval has been achieved.
The funds have been subject to sanctions for the new market too,” Nehru said.
He added that the proposal was like a new bridge across the Cauvery River with a cost of Rs 90 Crore and a high corridor in the city in places like Anna’s statue in the Melachinthamani signal and post office.
