Kolkata: In the middle of the ongoing bitterness between the Government of West Bengal and Raj Bhavan, the ruling Trinamool Congress is likely to bring a substantive movement against Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar at Rajya Sabha in the upcoming budget parliamentary, a senior MP party on Thursday.
A substantive motion is that Independent Mandiri’s proposal was submitted for the approval of the DPR and was arranged in a way to be able to reveal the decision of the DPR.

Until Wednesday, nine non-BJP ruled the country had opposed the proposal center that gave the main strength when deciding on the center envoy of IAS officers, while the other eight had given their approval.
