Tropical Storm Danny makes land coastal South Carolina

Columbia: Tropical Storm Danny made a landing on Monday night on South Carolina beach, threatening to throw a few inches of rain in the southeast because of the inland blusters.
Only hours after forming off the coast, Danny had a sustainable wind over 40 mph (65 kph) while moving north of Hilton Head on Pritchards Island, said The National Hurricane Center said.
It added that Danny was expected to quickly weaken on the ground when heading southeast on the track through the Georgia section.
The Fourth named storm from the Atlantic Storm season was formed close to South Carolina beach on Monday afternoon.
The fortune tellers said it could be a rain maker so far as the North Georgian Piedmont region and in the northeastern Alabama.
A dangerous surfing condition is also expected along the part of Southeast Seacoast, along with the threat of a tornado isolated near the beach.
The wind of tropical storms has been recorded Monday afternoon in several places in South Carolina for only hours after Danny was formed.
Weather station on the coast of ignorance – right outside Charleston – record winds 41 mph (66 kph) during the day, said the Miami-based Hurricane Center.
At 8pm, the storm was centered around 50 miles (80 kilometers) southwest of Charleston, South Carolina, according to the Miami-based storm center.
This system moved to the northwest at 16 mph (26 kph).
A tropical storm warning was posted on Monday from Edisto beach to South South River in South Carolina.
The Hurricane Center said the tropical storm conditions are expected to continue in the commemoration area for several hours after the landing.
The storm can produce between rain between 1 and 3 inches (3 to 8 centimeters) with a higher number in several coastal areas of Georgia and South Carolina.
The fortune tellers say heavier rainfall can occur in several scattered places but the region has been dry, limiting the potential of expanding flood threats.
However, the forecharse warns that some local floods remain the possibility of urban areas along the coast and up to 2 to 2 inches of rain may be elsewhere around South Carolina and in North Georgia and Northeast Alabama.
Some dismiss the potential impact of the storm.
In Savannah, Georgia, all systems go for the Baseball Home Savannah Night Savannah Night when the organizer looks at the storm.
Officials for the Collegiate Summer League team planned to cover the field with tarpaulin on Monday in preparation for the game.
“For us, being on the beach and being in Savannah, we get some unpleasant pop-up storms that can throw one inch of rain in just a few hours,” said President of the Pisang Orton Monday.
“This doesn’t look like more than a pleasant and passable rainy day.
I think we are good to go during the sunrise.”
