Trs MLA is fined because of illexis illegal, banners in HYD

Hyderabad: The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) imposed Rs 1.25 lakh Fine in Telangana Rashtra Samithi Mla Bethhi Subhash Reddy for establishing an invalid flexist on Thursday.
The GHMC enforcement and vigilance wings acknowledged flexible, unauthorized banners and flags in Habsiguda Main Road, Gokul Nagar, Uppal Metro Station, as Rao Nagar, Colony Ravindra Nagar and other places against Subhash Reddy.
“It was found that without written permission from competent authority, you (MLA) have placed banners and cutouts which are violations carried out under the GHMC law,” officials said.
Of the 11 Challans, a total of 15 violations have been recorded with the pictures of the banners included.
The official source said that MLA had binded banners when the main minister used an uppal route and but did not remove banners.
Fines impose a range from Rs 5,000 to Rs 30,000.
This is not the first time The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has slapped a fine against the powerful MLAS party.
It imposes a penalty because it violates mask rules, and lakes contaminate, etc., in the past two years.
Source said the larger city corporate authorities had direct instructions to become neutral in punishing civil violations.
