Hyderabad: Telangana High Court on Tuesday issued a notification to the newly selected MLC P-Venkatrama trs in the case of criminal insults Suo Motu for comments on the High Court and the Supreme Court for Siddipet’s cultivation when he was still a Siddipet collector.
The court has been looking for an explanation within four weeks.
Reddy recently left civil service to join TRS.
Justice Chairman Satish Chandra Sharma and Justice a Rajassheker Reddy heard the criminal insulting case referring to them by Justice T Vinod Kumar who, hearing the writing petition submitted by the Siddipet population in November the first week, feeling that Reddy’s actions and comment insults.
According to the Writ petition before the single judge, Siddipet Collector Venkatrama Reddy held a meeting on October 26 with agricultural officers and seed dealers.
Reddy language turned out loud when greeting the seed dealer.
“Don’t sell rice seeds to farmers.
If you sell, your license will be canceled.
Even if you secure an order to stay from a high court and the Supreme Court, I will not apply it,” said the petition directly highlighted the reddy warning essence.
The single judge observed that the collector forgot that he might also have to knock on the HC door for justice one day.
“He should not show a little appreciation for the court,” a single judge said that he concluded that his remarks of Prima Facie were cases of criminal humiliation.
As a single judge was not empowered to start a criminal insult case, he referred to this problem to the registry with a request to place him before the chairman of justice.
When the material appeared in front of CJ Bench on Tuesday, Advocate General BS Prasad urged the court to give them the opportunity to explain their case.
“We are looking for the same thing before the single judge, but it is not allowed.
The collector will examine unconditional apology to court at that time itself after explaining the case from the right perspective.
We will do the same before this court now,” he said.
Bench gave him four weeks to do it.
