WASHINGTON: Former US President Donald Trump ripped the Biden administration plan to roll back the cuts of previous government taxes, by saying new tax policies would only benefit China.
Speaking at the “Save America” rally in Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines on Saturday, Trump said the plan of US President Joe Biden would make a business tax rate one of the highest in the world and “actually much higher than a place called Chinese Communists.” The former president said that this would give us a business of tax excellence to find work in China, Sputnik reported.
“We provide incentives to people to go to China,” Trump said, emphasizing that, in contrast to Biden, he “wants to build America.” His reaction came when members of the Democratic Parliament had released a plan for a partial rollback from Trump’s tax cut.
