Turkish leaders warn “traitors” on a five-year warning of the failed coup

Ankara: President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Thursday said he would “never forgive the traitor” when Ankara marked five years since a failed coup that caused hard action, mass arrest and saw the Turkish leader begging his strength.
On the night of Balmy on July 15, 2016, an evil faction in the military tried to take over the country, using fighter planes and tanks to attack government buildings.
About 250 people, in addition to at least 24 plotters, died and more than 2,000 were injured in the next chaos when Erdogan strengthened his supporters on the streets.
“This nation will never forgive betrayal, traitors and those who stand behind traitors,” Erdogan said during a ceremony in Ankara, paying tribute to the victims.
The decisive night impact has been felt in almost every aspect of Turkish life, including education, justice and leadership.
The crackdown in the alleged coup plot, activist, human rights defenders and political opponents have helped Erdogan tighten the controls that had been collected since increasing in 2003.
But it made it difficult to relax with traditional Western allies and put the damper in foreign investment due to worries.
about legal rules.
Less than a year after the coup attempt, Erdogan held a referendum to convert the democracy of the Turkish parliament into an executive presidency.
He almost won and used great strength, often announced a big decision in the last night’s decree.
“Erdogan has used a coup attempt to consolidate his grip on power,” said Turkish Veteran analyst Gareth Jenkins.
But this has a political weakness when everything is wrong, analysts warn, as they do around the world during the Coronavirus pandemic.
“Having as much power also has a loss: When something is wrong, like the current economic situation, it is increasingly difficult to fend off mistakes,” said a Western diplomat told AFP.
Turkey suffered continued inflation and Lira had lost two thirds of its value against the US dollar since the Putsch trial week.
Turkey claims the US-based preacher Fethullah Gulen planned a coup using a member of his network in the military.
Gulen denies allegations and affirms the Islamic Hizmet movement promoting peace and education.
Washington’s refusal to extradite Gulen has become a constant irritant between NATO allies.
The action of the coup pole has also destroyed the Turkish military.
Minister of Defense The Root Hulusi on Tuesday said Turkey had dismissed 23,364 military personnel in the fight against Gulen networks.
More than 321,000 people have been detained if since 2016, said the Minister of Home Affairs Suleyman Seylu.
Most have been released, but the scale of detention has a cold effect.
Nearly 4,000 judges and prosecutors were fired, among more than 100,000 public sector workers who were fired or suspended for alleged Gulen links.
The court has a life sentence to 3,000 people, according to the Anadolu State News Agency, while 4,890 the defendant has been punished for the coup’s relationship.
On Wednesday, Erdogan did not show a sign of a slowdown.
“We will follow (his movements) until the last member is neutralized,” he said.
Some observers believe Erdogan now uses his ability to survive as a foundation for his inheritance.
The Turkish border is currently born from the war of independence struggling between 1919 and 1923, and was led by the founder of the Secular Republic, Mustafa Kemal Ataturk.
Erdogan led an Islamic rooted party and often referred to “new turkey” which he built as part of his own inheritance.
“This coup gives the base for this new turkey myth,” Jenkins told AFP.
Shows the historical interests of Erdogan sticking to the coup offer, he made a series of speeches on Thursday and inaugurated the “Democratic Museum” who saw the night’s main events that “change the fate of Turkey”.
July 15 is also a public holiday in Turkey.
