MUMBAI: Television celebrity Karan Mehra was detained by the Goregaon authorities on Monday following his wife, celebrity Nisha Rawal, driven charges of attack.
Mehra was later granted bail from law enforcement.
The couple was married for eight decades and also have a teenaged boy.
This is actually the very first time Rawal has registered a complaint from her actor-husband.
On Monday night, after a domestic dispute, Mehra allegedly pushed his wife against the wall.
She hurt her mind after that she approached the authorities.
An FIR was registered under Sections 336 and 337 of the Indian Penal Code.
