Chennai: In the first in the segment, TVS Motor Company on Monday launched the RR 310 which can be adjusted to the Built-to-Order Moniker (BTO), starting from Rs 2.59 Lakh (former showroom).
Customization will allow four major revisions of the basic model at an additional cost.
Booking has started online, and customization can be done through an online configurator (or TV arrives).
Part of the performance kit will include a customized suspension.
The front fork offers a 20-step rebound and compression, and a 15-step pre-load adjustment.
Rear Monoshock is 20 steps can be adjusted to rebound and 10-step for pre-charge.
BTO also allows a race kit, which offers revised ergonomics.
Footpeg was appointed 30 mm and the clip-on handle down to 8 degrees.
TV claims this change has increased banking angle by 4.5 degrees.
The race kit also includes special mufflers, which are raised for a higher sleek angle and has revised geometry.
Part of the replica race graphics package includes livery racing and personalized numbers in the visor.
Red alloys can be selected with Rs 1,500 premiums.
Features such as dynamic range limit indicators have been added to digital infotainment clusters.
TVS Apache RR 310 gets a 313-cc engine that tends to be upside down to the 6-speed gearbox.
The machine produces max 34 PS and 27.3 Nm output.
This is the only motorcycle in its class to offer driving modes.
In the city and rain, the output is cut to 25.8 PS and 28 Nm.
This machine is done from BS6 updates.
