Kochi: Pradeep, a car driver, watching TV at his house on Sunday morning when his son Pranav destroyed the news: Paulo Coelho had tweeted his autorickshaw photo which had the author’s name on it.
Pradeep could hardly believe it until he confirmed it was indeed from a verified account from the famous Brazil novelist.
Since then the 55-year-old Pradeep has been happy.
Besides that Coelho’s name, the autorickshaw also has the name of the most famous novel, “The Alchemist”, wrote on it in Malayalam.
While posting pictures on Twitter, at 4.51 in the morning on Sunday, Coelho has written: “Kerala, India (thank you very much for photos) and collected around 13,700 likes, 1,143 Retweet and 185 comments, mostly by Keralites, most nights.
While One user has invited the author to Kerala, another comment: “Keralites likes this book.
It is recommended by every teacher to their students.
“Greedaciful readers, and at home with World Classics, Pradeep, who came from Cherai, said he always dreamed of traveling to Brazil, to meet his favorite writer, and also to Europe.” In every novel there are many things that force the reader to think of life.
My favorite job is “The Alchemist”.
I have read other works too, including “eleven minutes”, “pilgrimage” and “Veronica decided to die”.
I also like to read Gabriel Garcia Marquez’s works, Tolstoy, Victor Hugo, Dostoevsky and Franz Kafka.
My favorite writer in Malayalam is VKN, “Pradeep said.
His favorite character is Fermina Daza from” Cinta at the time of the cholera, “by Marquez.

The first novel he read is Indulekse by O Chandu Menon When he was around 20 years old, he said.
Pradeep said there were no other media including TVs that could provide knowledge such as books, but added that they were more expensive every day and he struggled to keep reading habits.
