Shilpa Shetty’s husband Kundra was arrested on Monday night by Mumbai police in the case of pornography.
As per official statement by Mumbai police, Raj seems to be a ‘key conspirator’ in this case.
After the arrest, old Tweet Raj about ‘porn vs prostitution’ from 2012 will be viral on the internet.
In his tweet, he questioned why it was legitimate to pay someone to have sex on the camera, asking how prostitution was different from porn.
He has written, “OK so here go’s porn vs prostitution.
Why is it legal to pay someone to have sex on a camera? How is one different from the others ??”

As soon as the Tweet Raj began to do a round on Twitter, fans quickly commented on his old tweets.
Meanwhile, Mumbai Police Commissioner Hemant Nagrra confirmed Raj Kundrra’s arrest in a statement on Monday who read, “There was a registered case at Crime Branch Mumbai in February 2021 concerning the creation of pornographic films and published it through several applications.
We have been arrested by Mr.
Raj Kundra in this case on 7/19/21 because he seems to be the main conspirator of this.
“According to a report, he has been ordered below 420 (cheating), 34 (general intentions), 292 and 293 (related to ad and obscene display and indecent) from IPC other than other parts of IT laws and representations of non-women (prohibition) acts.
Post his arrest, the entrepreneur was taken for medical examinations.
Raj spent the night in a crime branch custody, Mumbai.
On Tuesday, he will be produced in front of the Magistrate Court.
