Lucknow: Samajwadi MLA Party from Saidpur provided seats in Ghazipur, Subhash Pasi, Switch BJP, Tuesday, in what came as a shot on the arm for a turmeric party.
It was also by taking revenge on the clothes led by Yadav Akhilesh, which was sworn in by BJP Mla from being aware, Rajesh Rathore, a few days ago.
SP is fast to expel PASI from the party on charges of “anti-party activities”.
PASI and his wife Rina, who is the National Secretary General of Samajwadi Mahila Sabha, joining BJP at the party headquarters in Lucknow in front of the Head of the SWATANTRA DEV Singh Unit.
“He joins will definitely strengthen the party,” Singh said.
Around a dozen district level functionaries from BSP Mayawati in Unnao, also, join the BJP.
Speculation has been widespread on PASI defection for BJP after his meeting with the Minister of Home Affairs Union Amit Shah in Delhi and then cm Yogi Adityanath in Lucknow.
With a business in Mumbai, Subhash happens to come from Malviya Nagar Nagar Pancar in Saidpur.
His wife Reena Pas also became chairman of Ghazipur Zila Panchayat.
PASI has cut his teeth in politics in Mumbai when he joins Congress and works with the MPs of Sunil Dutt parliament and the Priya Dutt election campaign team.
The Congress sent him to up for the assembly selection contest from Saidpur in 2007.
But he lost and with the next election in 2012, has joined SP.
He won the 2012 and 2017 elections on SP tickets.

“They were afraid to go to the temple and sports ’tilak’ just for the sake of a sound bank through a minority appeal,” he said.
