New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Friday fired fresh requests from Realty Major Supertech Ltd looking for extra time to pay compensation to home buyers and the demolition of twin towers in the Zamrud court project in Noida by saying that its application cannot occur comfortably.
Judge Dy Chandrachud and BV Nagaratrath said that it could not entertain other applications after the assessment was delivered and gave any extension.
“You have to pay it.
We cannot entertain other applications after the assessment is delivered in this problem,” Bench said.
Senior Tripathi Parag Advocate, appearing for Supertech Ltd, said even he was not satisfied with the way the petition was recruited and searched for the trial of the problem after breaking Diwali.
He said they needed time to execute the direction of the court about the demolition and payment of compensation to home buyers.
The bench said the company had to pay the amount as mentioned in the order.
In October SC refused to modify his direction to destroy the 40-storey slippen tower in Noida for violating the norms and rejecting Supertech Ltd which tried to save a tower and partially destroyed 224 units on the other side to adjust to the law.
The court said such assistance grants were similar to opposing the assessment of this court, and such efforts were not permitted in other applications submitted by the company.
