Twitter host spaces can now record and share conversations

New Delhi: Twitter launched clubhouse rivals – spaces last year.
Since then the company has launched a variety of updates to improve the user experience for it.
The Micro Blogging website has now launched a new update that allows host spaces chatting to record and share their broadcasts.
With this launch, the recording of spaces will initially be available for a limited number of Twitter rooms on iOS (and all listeners in iOS and Android), and within a few weeks expand to others.
With the ability to record spaces and share it across the platform, the host can expand the value of their work through the moment where the living room and listener have the benefit of turning space and sharing them on their schedule.
This new feature will allow anyone who is late to the Twitter room which is broadcast to replay broadcasts after completion and if the host has activated recording.
So, now the tweets distributed to promote the sported Twitter room will now consist of links to recordings.
To make a spaced recording, the host needs to switch on ‘space record’ before launching a new room.
All participants will see the recording icon appear when they enter the space that shows that the room is being recorded.
After the room ends, the host will have access to a full length recording for 30 days after the initial broadcast, where they can share it or tweet it.
Listeners will also have the ability to replay the recorded space directly from their timeline, and share the space recorded on their network.
The host can remove the space that records anytime, Twitter will still save data files for a period of 30-120 days to check the content that is rough / hate.
Listeners just click the ‘Play Recording’ button on any spacing card on the timeline to the recorded spaced playback.
