New Delhi: The center on Monday told the Delhi High Court that the social media giant Twitter Inc.
has failed to comply with the new IT rules of India, namely land law and mandator must be governed.
The center, in a written statement submitted in the High Court, said a number of non-compliance to violate the provisions of the IT rules, which lead to twitter loss of immunity under the IT law.
Affidavit has been submitted in response to the request by Acharya’s Amit lawyer, where he claimed the non-compliance with the Center of the Center by the platform.
