NEW DELHI: Last year Twitter introduced the Clubhouse rival live audio conversation feature called Spaces.
Now with its growing popularity, the social networking giant is making Twitter Spaces a central part of its app.
Twitter has now announced that starting today it is rolling out a dedicated tab for Twitter Spaces in the main navigation bar.
Presently, it will be available to select users in iOS.
With this update, you will now see Twitter Spaces in the middle of the navigation bar.
Twitter made this announcement with an official tweet.
The company tweeted, “new feature alert Party popper we want to make it as simple as possible to join the best, most relevant audio conversations every time you open Twitter.

Initially, the update will be visible to 500 people from the original Spaces beta test.
Twitter also added that this tab will showcase the Spaces being hosted by people you follow.
As reported by TechCrunch, Twitter said, “even though Spaces can be fun, it understands the live events have been hard to find and keep track of, given there’s been no dedicated place where Spaces can be discovered.
The new tab aims to change that.” The tab will also offer a detailed view of active Spaces and will also enable users to manage reminders for scheduled spaces.
Recently, an online report revealed that Twitter is planning to introduce a new feature called Ticketed Spaces which will allow people to host paid live audio rooms.
As reported by The Verge, over the next few weeks, Twitter will be testing the Ticketed Spaces feature with a small group of people.
