Twitter has announced that it has started testing new features for iPhone users.
The “Tweet Quotes with reaction” allows users to return to the post and add their own video reactions using the camera.
The new feature was expressed by the company via the Twitter post.
“Video Tweet reactions can now start on Twitter! Testing on iOS: When you tap the Retweet icon, select” Quotes Tweet with the reaction “to create and adjust your own tweet – Video reaction (or photo) with embedded tweets.” Tweet reading.
Because these features are still in the testing phase, it is only available for some iOS users now but it is expected that the feature will be available for more users in the coming weeks.
Twitter has also shared a screenshot that shows how features will function.
After the new feature is activated, you will be able to see a new quote Tweet with the reaction button when you press the retweet icon.
The new button will open the camera where you can record the reaction video you want to share with posts.
The length of the video that the user can use when quoting a tweet is unknown but various reports suggest that it is the same as ordinary videos on the platform.
Last month, the Micro Blogging platform also launched automatic text for globally available videos.
This feature is available for all users but only limited to new videos.
This means that the video shared on the platform before the released feature will not have automatic information.
The company recently announced that the option for recording space is now available for several hosts in iOS and Android but the option to listen to recording space is available for all users.
