Two certificates of dose 1: How the registration error changes the Hitrate Vax block for some

Noida / Ghaziabad: NCR City in Noida and Ghaziabad may focus on vaccination throughout the targeted population, but the registration error proved to be an obstacle, throwing some strange challenges in the process.
One of them is some recipients who are fully vaccinated which ended with two first dose certificates because they registered the beginning of the Cowin portal for a second shot with a different cellphone number.
Covid inoculation has occurred in the phase, based on age groups, due to the launch and appointment of the January vaccine both of them have been previously scheduled and walked.
Errors specifically noticed where registration was carried out at the vaccination center.
Official said there were first dose recipients who had not received their certificate despite taking a shot a few months ago.
In some centers where manual registration is done, the certificate cannot be uploaded online because the wrong telephone number is included or provided by the recipient.
In this case, even though the recipient has a physical slip with a reference ID, there is no online certificate.
In cases where two different cellphone numbers are used for two doses, both certificates downloaded from two Cowin accounts reflect the first dose because the system can only produce a second dose certificate if there is the first dose.
This, officials said, leads to duplication that affects to a certain extent the amount of overall vaccination.
“There are various types of technical and clerical errors, but both are the most common.
It is important for everyone to complete this because having a final vaccination certificate may be immediate mandatory in several places.
Anyone who faces problems can rotate the Helpline number (1800-419-2211 ) And register their complaints, “said Neeraj Tyagi, immunization officers for Gautam Budh Nagar.
Tyagi agreed to several second doses not added to the calculation of the district due to duplication.
“We get around 50-60 complaints every day,” he added.
In addition, some personal facilities where vaccination is found not to enter the receiver details into the system.
When the Ministry of Health entered, private centers assured that the problem would be resolved, but so far, only a few have acted.
There are also recipients who lost their SIM card and did not replace them, leading to problems in registering for the second dose.
“We fix the problems where the complainants are able to provide their first dose evidence,” said Health Officer in Ghaziabad.
Officials in Ghaziabad claim the number of such compasses now declined.
“These days, we barely get one or two cases a day.
A few months ago, there used to be a horde of complaints about the certificate,” the official said.
Noida has so far gave an 18.1 lakh first dose and 10.1 lakh second shot.
In Ghaziabad, 22.7 lakh first dose and 11.2 lakh the second dose has been given so far.
