Chandigarh: Only two days after his appointment as an additional advocate of General Punjab by Advocate General (AG) APS Deol, advocating Mukesh Berry to resign from post on Wednesday.
“Without commenting on the government’s decision in accepting the resignation of APS Deol, I hereby hand over my resignation from the position of additional Advocates General Punjab who will be considered to be accepted from the submission date,” the letter delivered by Berry.
In his letter to be communicated to the Punjab government, Berry suggested that it (the government) should not be ridicule and reduce the status and dignity of the senior HC supporters.
His suggestion is to refer to the uncommon out of the senior Deol advocate from AG Punjab.
