Hyderabad: Two people died while one more injured after stone fragments hit their faces, following the blast of crackers they had bullied underground in the possibility in Chatrinaka on Thursday night.
Chatrinaka police said that Jagannath Malik, 25, and Wisnupadha Mahatamoo, 25, died in that place while one more people fled with injury.
“They made a small hole by digging the ground, burying several other joint crackers and explosives.
On it, they kept rocks and they turned on crackers.
Flakes of stones hit Jagannath and Wisnupadha and they died in place.
They died for their skulls,” said Chatrinaka Inspector Syed Abdul Khader Jilani while talking to Toi.
The deceased is an idol maker, which comes to the city for a livelihood to work in idols.
The incident occurred in this idol manufacturing unit.
