Kabul: Two explosions hit Kabul on Wednesday, killing at least one person and injured at least six, including three women.
The Islamic state – Khorasan claims responsibility for the explosion.
The car bomb explosion in Dasht-e Barchi, the Shia Muslim area in West Kabul, killed a civil and injured six, a spokesman for the Interior Ministry Qari Sayeed Khosty tweeted.
There was no confirmation of the victim and a Taliban official, who spoke with anonymous requirements, said seven people had died and nine others were injured.
The second explosion was also reported in the nearest Karte 3 area.
A Taliban official said security forces were still gathering information.
