Panaji: Two Filaatelists from Goa participated in the first Virtual Philatelic exhibition at the Olympics and sports held under Olymphila India 2021 from July 23 to August 15.
Studies and collecting various elements of postal materials in various aspects of the Olympics are being identified as the Filateli Olympics.
The participating duo is Senior Filadelist Dr.
M R Ramesh Kumar and Pratik Bhandare.
While Kumar presents an exhibition of three frames titled, ‘Filaratel travel through the modern Olympics,’ Banhandare presents one exhibition frame titled, ‘Citius, Athlius, Forus.’ During the first modern Olympic match in Athens in 1896 a total of twelve years.
Stamps are issued by the host country.
This stamp is considered the first stamp on the theme of sports.
After this many countries have released a series of stamps and other philatel materials such as maximum cards, miniature sheets, lonely, booklets etc.
Since the city’s city was chosen as the host city until the start of the game.
