Jaipur: Registration of two Professor Associate Medical College in Jaipur and Ajmer has been suspended by Rajasthan Medical Council (RMC).
One of them faced actions for allegedly taking patients from SMS hospitals to private hospitals for their care and other licenses to practice medical has been suspended for providing false information in itself (annual secret report (ACR) and also to refer to the qualifications that are misleading recipe.

Srikant and Dr.
Deepak Sharma heard cases and suspended the registration of a doctor who brought patients to a private hospital from SMS Hospital for nine months and doctors who submitted misleading information in the ACR suspension for six months.
“They will not be allowed to practice medicine for their term of suspension of their license,” said an RMC official.
The doctors who received a six-month suspension were Professor Associates from Jln Medical College which had been mentioned in the ACR which he contributed to 177 medical journals but actually, was found that he only contributed in 55 medical journals.
Also, he had mentioned in his recipe letter that he had done a PhD on Cardio, which was actually not a title or qualification and it was misleading information that he gave to the patient, RMC official said.

In addition, the Professor Associate Medical College has taken patients from the SMS Hospital to his personal hospital where he provided his treatment for 15 days and when his condition deteriorated he shifted the patient again to the SMS hospital but the patient died.
The patient’s husband filed a complaint against the doctor.
“The incident occurred in 2017 but the hearing of this case was completed now and we have made a decision for suspension of licensing for six months,” said an RMC official.
