Two held to make fake aadhaar cards

Gurgaon: Flying Minister’s Chief forces broke a racket suspected of making false government documents, including aadhaar cards, voter identity cards, SIM and PAN cards and arrested two brothers.
More than 500 fake aadhaar cards on behalf of some people along with fingerprint scanners and laptops recover from their ownership.
The defendant was identified as Vikas (27) and Sunil (25).
They live in rented accommodation in Farrukhnagar and have taken a rental shop in the 1st sector.
DSP Flying Squad Inderjeet Yadav said they had information about rackets involved in making fake identity documents.
The team raided and looked for Naveen communication and found that the defendant had no authorization to make documents.
“The defendant used a stolen identity card to make a fake document,” Yadav said.
The defendant used to edit voter cards to change the name, age and address to make a fake voter card and with the help of the fake selector card they use to make aadhar cards and other identity cards.
They charge a fee of Rs 2,000 to RS 3,000 for documents.
The case has been registered at the Sector 18 police station under the 420 section (cheating), 467 (forgery), 468 (forging documents), 471 (using fake documents) and 120B (criminal conspiracy) IPC and the relevant part of the IT Law.
