Two killed after members of the rival group collided

Hyderabad: Two people died and three others were injured after members of two rival groups from a community clashed in the village district of Adilabad, police said on Thursday.
The incident occurred in Gundala Village on Wednesday before the rally festival, they said adding the situation is now normal.
“Two groups of the same community clashed by attacking each other by throwing stones and hitting with sticks.
Two people were killed in place and three others, who were injured during the clash were hospitalized,” said a senior police officer.
Clash broke out after the group objected to the use of the sound system by other group members ahead of religious procession which resulted in throwing stones, the official said.
After getting information about the incident, the police rushed to the village but they fled to the fields and again members of the group hit with each other with a stick that resulted in the dance of the death of two people, he said.
Additional police forces rushed to the village and picket arranged and the situation was controlled and several people were detained.
