Coimbatore: 2 people were killed after the vehicle they were travelling rammed a truck in Kinathukadavu during Thursday night.
The deceased had been identified as Sethu Vignesh, 23, of DG Nagar in Kovilpalayam and Krishnaraj, 27, of Muthur close Pollachi.
C Sangaranarayanan, 21, of Meenkarai Road at Pollachi had been Hurt from the incident.
Vignesh was a human resource director at Parthasarathy Machine Tools near Mullupadi railway gate on Pollachi Road.
Krishnaraj and Sangaranarayanan were functioning there.
Vignesh drove the vehicle.
Krishnaraj was sitting at front chair and Sangaranarayanan at the back seat.
The truck carrying cement had been going past Kozhikode in Kerala by Vazhapadi at Salem district.
When auto driver Ananda Pandi, 21, of Madurai chose a U-turn in Cheran Nagar about 11.
10pm, and Vignesh dropped control over the vehicle and struck from the vehicle.
Vignesh and Krishnaraj expired on the area.
Sankaranarayanan was delivered to a private clinic in Sundarapuram, where he’s fighting for life.
