Letter: Two little girls allegedly raped in town a few months ago.

In complaints the gang rape was registered at the Dindoli Police Station by a 16-year-old girl, who had married running with one of Sanjay Singh Rajput which was accused of Chikhli and came to the city.
Here, he was allegedly raped by Rajput and his two colleagues.
Police arrested Suraj Sinh Rajput, Vimless Pathak and Chandan Jha under various parts of the Indian criminal code including 376 (2) (J) (Gang Rape), 363 (kidnapping), 506 (2) (criminal intimidation), 323 (voluntarily cause injured) and also under the protection of children from the sexual law (Pocso).
The defendant will be arrested after the Covid-19 test results.
In his complaint, Minor alleged that he was a gang raped in an apartment at SMC Aavas in Dindoli.
The furniture shop owner helped him submit a complaint of rape with the police.
“The minor escaped from the house with rajput about one and a half years ago from Chikhli and arrived at the letter.

When the duo saw it and also knew about his history, Pathak and Jha were also suspected of estimating that their SMC Aavas came home and when he tried to fight them, the trio struck brutally, he told the police.

Police Adajan registered a violation under IPC 376 (2) (N) (recurring rape of the same victim), 506 (criminal intimidation), and Act Pocso.
