Two men owned soldiers to take bribes: Ajmer police

Ajmer: District Police on Tuesday arrested two army personnel and an intermediary for allegedly taking bribes by promising recruitment in the Indian Army.
The police interrogated them to find out whether more people were involved in the racket.
According to the police, Bhupender Singh Nagaur registered a case at the Gandhinagar police station here alleged that he gave RS, 40,000 as a down payment to Manohar Tanwar, a resident of Jaipur, for recruiting his cousin to the army carried out in Ajmer on July 22.
Manohar Tanwar, the intermediary, allegedly asked Rs 80,000 to ensure recruitment.
But his cousin was not chosen and Bhupender asked Manohar to return the money.
Manohar claimed that he could not give the money because he had given it to military officials who would not return to the same.
Despite a lot of effort, Bhupender failed to get his money back and registered a case.
Considering the seriousness of this problem, Ajmer SP Jagdish Chandra Sharma is a special district team (DST) to investigate this problem.
The team received information that Manohar and other men were in ajmer.
‘Now the 2006 Army Recruitment network captures Manohar along with Krisan Kumar Sharma from the army.
Following interrogation, the team also caught Naib Subarar Jitender Singh from Jaipur.
Police said that they were now investigating the army recruitment network.
