Two men who thin the nabbed senior citizen

Mumbai: The city police arrested two men on Wednesday for allegedly deceiving a senior citizen woman of Rs 90,000 by offering to help cash at the ATM kiosk.
Ramesh Devangaon (31) and Feeroz Pathan (35), the defendant, allegedly deceived many other elderly people with the pretext of helping ATM transactions, an official said.
The defendant targeted a 61-year-old woman when she visited the ATM kiosk on the suburbs of the Malad and then deposited cash.
One of them offered to help him, while the others asked him to hurry say he had to deposit cash too.
With a hand magic, they suspected that cash instead of depositing it on the machine.
After filing a complaint, the police tracked the duo by watching the feed of several CCTV cameras and arrested them from the Ghansoli Navi Mumbai area.
They have been ordered under the IPC 420 section (cheating) and other related provisions and investigations, police officials said.
