Two more positive tests for Zika in Kerala, the total reported case 37: Minister of Health Veena George

Thiruvananthapuram: Two more people have been tested positive for the Zika virus in this country took the total case of infection reported to 37, where 7 was active, the Health Minister Kerala Veena George said on Monday.
A 41-year-old woman from Kattaikonam, Thiruvananthapuram and a doctor (31) from Kumarapuram was diagnosed with a virus, he said in the release.
The virus was confirmed in the test conducted in the virological lab from Thiruvananthapuram Medical College, the minister said and added that the health of all infected people was satisfactory at this time.
On July 16, a meeting was held by the Minister of Revenue of Karan and George about working together, along with the local government department, to prevent infectious diseases and to strengthen Thesitation committees at the environmental level.
