PATNA: 2 pharmacists published at sadar hopistal at Madhubani were detained on late Friday night as a nurse could be evading arrest for allegedly defying 20 expensive vials of anti inflammatory injection Liposomal Amphotericin-B intended for treatment for black illness (mucormycosis) occurring in Covid-19 sufferers and black-marketing them.
The medications were initially contributed to central authorities by World Health Organisation (WHO).
They had been stored in a fridge in drug store area of their sadar hospital pharmacy in where they had been discovered missing on Friday following a month reconciliation of medication left .
Town police station SHO Amit Kumar stated that the detained pharmacists have been Jaiprakash Kumar along with Bhrigunath Prasad.

Kumar stated that the FIR was lodged against the trio from sadar hospital deputy superintendent Devshankar Mishra.
