Bhuj: The two men scorched in the flames broke out after a collision between two dumper trucks on the highway in the district of Kutch Gujarat, police said on Saturday.
The accident occurred near Ghaneti Village on Jalan Raya Bhuj-Bhachau on Friday night, an official said from the Paddhar police station.
The two trucks burst on fire after they collided with each other, when they were driven at high speed, the official said.
The two drivers of Rajesh Chavda and Ramdayaram Yadav, were burned to death, he said.
One deviation tried following a vehicle, when it collided with other trucks that came from the opposite side, he said.
The accident caused massive congestion on the highway that connected Bhuj to Bhachau, and the authorities worked for hours to normalize vehicle movements, officially more.
