Gurgaon: Two shamans have been arrested for allegedly conduction of illegal abortion at the clinic-cum-pharmacy.
The defendant claimed to be a doctor and illegally used a pregnancy abortion kit, police said.
One of the shamans operates from Fazilpur, while others have a clinic in Sohna Road.

Pradeep Kumar said they had received information that Sandeep Kumar trained as a doctor at Divya Medicose in Fazilpur and running an illegal business of pregnancy’s medical termination (MTP).
For each MTP, he charged Rs 800.
After getting a tip-off, a civil surgeon formed a committee on January 26 consisting of Dr.
Harish Kumar, Dr.
Ditanshu Saini and Dr.
Umang.
The team arranged bait customers for attacks and approached Divya drugs to combine children.
The bait patient to Sandeep Kumar that he did not want the child and provided a MTP kit for RS 800.
FIR was registered with Sandeep Kumar, Rahul, Dinesh Kumar and Bhawna Dhingra and their colleagues.
Two separate cases are listed under the MTP Act section, Section 420 (cheating) and 120B (criminal conspiracy) IPC, part of ACT Act and drugs and cosmetics actions at the Badshapur Police Station.
“Our team caught two shamans,” said Deputy Civil Surgeon.
