Two sinks because of the flood at Wardha Dist

Wardha: a woman, who was identified as Rambabai Namdev Meshram, was swept away in the waters of the Waghadi River flood in the Tehsil Samudrapur while a man, Santosh Shambharkar from the village of Bags, sank in Nullah who overflowed along with the rules on Thursday night when the district received rainless rain -Itil for more than 40 hours.
Tehsildar Raju Ranveer, Deputy Tehsildar KD Kirsan and Police Station Officer PI Hemant Chandewar from the Samudrapur Police Station oversee search operations.
As many as 20 Samudrapur Tehsil villages have been cut off due to continuous rain since Thursday morning.
Shambharkar was swept away in the flood waters near the school when returning home.
In the village of Pipari, one ideal of the bandu was swept away while crossing Nullah on two-wheeled vehicles.
He was saved by the local community.
The administration has told the villagers who lived along Riverside had been warned.
