GUWAHATI: 2 sisters, both minors, were discovered hanging from a tree at a village at Kokrajhar district of Assam.
Police said that the family members maintained they were killed.
SP (Kokrajhar) Prateek Thube reported the bodies of both siblings, aged 16 and 14 decades, were located in a little woods in Abhayakuti village on Friday evening.
The figures have been delivered into Kokrajhar Civil Hospital for post mortem, he also added.
