New Delhi: Ahead of the election of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly, the leader of the Jamajwadi Party and Congress from the poll country joined BJP here on Thursday.
Samajwadi Party Sitting MLA Sharadveer Singh and former Minister of Shivakant Ojha, and former Member of the Rakesh Sachan congress member joined the Bharatiya Janata party at the head office here.
They were welcomed into a party folded by the Union Minister and the election of Uttar Pradesh at the cost of Dharmendra Pradhan and his cabinet colleague Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi.
Overcoming a press conference on that occasion, Naqvi said positive changes were seen at Uttar Pradesh under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief of State Minister of Yogi Adityanath.
“People firmly stand with BJP and Modi and will dismantle opposition brotherhood – rioters, music, and hooligans,” he said.
Pradhan said the leaders joined BJP because they were inspired by the leadership of Prime Minister Modi and stressed that they would strengthen the party.
