ALWAR: Reni police station in Alwar has detained two men — Mindya Meena and Babulal Meena — for brutally burning three arms of a puppy resulting in his departure, under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 at Reni region of Alwar around Friday.
The incident occurred on Thursday and has been captured by means of a bystander, where four men of an protracted family could be viewed chopping off the bottoms of the puppy you by one, with an axe.

“The person who owns the puppy, Kaluram Meena must learn more about the incident and hurried to the place to find out his puppy at a pool of bloodflow.
He also took the wounded dog into the veterinary clinic but it was too late.
The puppy died because of excess blood loss in the human body,” explained Ram Bhajan Meena, ASI, Reni police channel.
Kaluram faced the accused, that was be his acquaintances and registered a case against them at the police station.
Disclosing that the reason for the brutal attack, Ram Bhajan told TOI,”The accused were under the belief that the dog murdered their goat that went missing Wednesday.
They had been waiting for the perfect moment to take revenge and also abducted the puppy on Thursday morning by the farmland.” “The rest two accused are also nabbed shortly,” stated the authorities.
Individuals for Animal, say planner Babulal Jaju told TOI that the gravity of this offense is comparable to a barbarous murder.
