BIJNOR: A 30-year-old guy was crushed to death with sticks supposedly by two girls teachers along with a guy in a hostel campus at Bijnor later he”trespassed within an abysmal state” and attempted to”molest” among those teachers.
At a widely-circulated movie, taken from the exterior of an iron barbecue gate round the campus at Bijnor’s Kirathpur region, the Dalit guy could be observed lying in addition to his garments sullied in bloodstream.
The girls educators, who had been standing close to the unconscious person, could be seen arguing with his busy loved ones that have been on the opposite side of this gate.
Afterwards, after authorities came, Jitender Kumar had been shot to a nearby hospital hospital where he expired during therapy.
Months after, on Sunday afternoon, the accused have been booked under IPC section 304 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) and below terms of SC/ST Act.
Police did not comment when asked why rape charges weren’t pressed against the accused.
Superintendent of police (SP) of Bijnor, Dharamveer Singh, stated,”The episode occurred in an academy at Akbarabad village under Kotwali police station region of Bijnor during Saturday night.
