Coimbatore: Rural police on Tuesday caught two thieves in two separate cases and restoring gold ornaments weighing 44 sovereign, digital cameras and laptops from them.
In one instance, police sub-inspector Thudiangur Aravind Rajan and the team captured E Udhayakumar, 30, from Rajiv Gandhi Nagar in PappanenickenPalayam, and recovered 34 golden rulers.
The police said Udhayakumar desired in five cases of theft.
He was produced in front of Judicial Judges and returned in court custody.
In another example, Karumathampatti police arrested Mubrak Ali, 29, a resident of Sahalipallayam nearby because of his involvement in two theft in Krishnapuram and Somanur on November 1 night, the police had restored gold ornaments, laptops, a digital camera and iPod from him.
He is also turned on in the termination of justice.
The contriked of R Muneeswaran, 35, a former police, was arrested by the public by the public on November 1 during theft efforts in Krishnapuram.
